
Introduction
Awana is a nonprofit organization registered at the district administration office, Lalitpur in November 2008 under "Associations Registration Act 2034" and was affiliated with SWC with affiliation No: 2759/47.
The goal of Awana Club Nepal is to work with and among vulnerable children focusing on minority and disadvantaged groups and to see individual children and communities transformed. Awana works for child development that addresses the psychoanalytic, psychosexual, cognitive, behaviors, spiritual, and social dimensions of growth. It advocates the child's right for its protection, education, and capacity development. Furthermore, it conducts the program of developing children’s physical, cultural, spiritual, social, and moral values. Our hope is to meet the goals of a world fit for children

To work with our stakeholders in creating and disseminating integrated programs, tools, and training that equip trainers, volunteers, and club leaders to see the child and communities to be transformed.

Our Major work
1. To Equip:
To equip the local Child clubs' facilitators by providing training materials and training to build their capacities and encourage them to work more effectively for the children to transform the nation by transforming these little children in the community. The training includes the importance of children and how to organize and run clubs.
2. To Increase:
To increase the local clubs in the places where such programs do not exist or are not enough to work for the children in the community.
3. To Encourage:
To encourage the local clubs' activities, our program is to build on three key follow-up training steps- Training of Trainer (TOT) training, and 2nd phase training.
